The Experience of Brad Hompe Makes Him The Best

June 25, 2017

There is no denying that Brad Hompe has a lot of experience in the field of corrections, but at the heart of it all is a whole lot of education. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice and psychology from Winona State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh. In addition, he has earned law enforcement certifications from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Alexandria Technical College in Alexandria, MN, as well as Firefighter I Certification that he earned from Southwest Technical College in Fennimore, Wisconsin.

Brad Hompe has done everything and he has seen everything, which means he knows how to build a strategy for dealing with everything that may come along. In addition to leading the development and implementation of corrections programs at every level, Brad has provided a wide range of services in prisons and jails at one time or another, and he has provided them throughout Wisconsin and around the country. He worked his way up through the ranks, starting as a corrections officer, sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, unit manager and deputy warden and, eventually, warden.
